I am approved to accept payment via Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA), and Health Savings Accounts (HSA). I will provide you with an itemized receipt and any other documentation required so that you may use your FSA/HRA/HSA benefits to pay for your Zone Acupuncture services.
